Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

I use PathFactory to create interactive user experiences for email marketing. My colleagues and I upload a variety of marketing offers (e.g., briefs, checklists, infographics, videos, etc.) to the content library. Then we add them to either content tracks or explore pages, customizable experiences that allow users to navigate through multiple resources on one page.

  • PathFactory provides detailed fields for searching for and filtering through content.
  • PathFactory can sometimes be slow to load, especially when you are searching for offers.
  • PathFactory does not flag when files render in an odd way in content tracks.
  • PathFactory can no longer house webpages from my company's site.
  • PathFactory has helped our email nurture marketing campaigns positively influence single-year bookings.

My organization has benefited from PathFactory's capabilities in that our email nurture campaigns are more user-friendly and easy to navigate. If we did not use PathFactory, we would need to present multiple CTAs in each email. Our analytics have shown that multiple CTAs per email negatively affect user engagement. By consolidating content in one place, PathFactory makes our campaigns more effective.
My organization has been using PathFactory since before I joined the company. It took me a few weeks to feel fully comfortable with the platform, but after that learning period, I've been able to navigate PathFactory with ease. My company has an internal community for PathFactory stakeholders. We ask each other questions and share learnings with one another.
We curate PathFactory content tracks and explore pages for both prospects and customers. Depending on where users are in the buying cycle, we select the content that we think is the most relevant to them. Since PathFactory allows us to tag offers based on the consideration stage, it's easy to find suitable content when we're building a campaign.

PathFactory is well suited to marketers who would like to present multiple resources to their audiences. It is especially suitable for establishing your company as a thought leader since it's a good medium for informative content. It might not be as useful for users who are trying to create short, catchy campaigns.
