Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

I used PathFactory to drive prospects to relevant content. PathFactory worked as a content platform and I was able to leverage our marketing assets for the right prospect at the right time in their customer journey.
  • Allows you to easily group interactive content (lookbooks) in the same place
  • Allows you to track use and performance of content
  • Allows you to replay webinars
  • Binge functionality
  • Sometimes the webinar replay integration bugs out
  • there is no room to influence their product roadmap
  • Enabled us with proof of what content works well and therefore improved Product Marketing ROI
  • Helped us understand what does "Organic" means in terms of results to compare with "paid"
Yes, it has provided visibility into results with different cohorts of prospects. It also gives a lot of autonomy to campaign managers, abm managers, field marketing managers, etc to create their own content tracks and tailor them accordingly.
I would say the greatest benefit is the capacity of the software to give you granular reporting for any content track and their integration capabilities.
It was very simple to learn how to setup content tracks and lookbooks.
It has allowed them to use top of the funnel and middle of the funnel content at their own rhythm and to be selective on the format they prefer.

At the time, PathFactory was selected because the product was way more mature, however with time, and because of it's size and maturity it is less flexible.
You can get really deep into insights, for example: you can tell how your known visitors spend their time (binging webinars) vs unknown visitors can spend it surfing non-webinar content (Whitepapers, e-books, etc.).

You can get insights into topic interests to support your product teams with roadmap direction.
