Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
At Cube, we use Pathfactory for content marketing, product launch landing pages, media page, and resource center. Cube didn't have a place for all of our on-demand resources or press/media announcements and Pathfactory solved this issue by displaying all our resources in one area for prospects, customers, and even internal users. For various campaigns and outbound efforts, we use templated experiences and content playlists to share relevant content for users to view and explore.

Yes, for every webinar, campaign, and product launch, we have implemented Pathfactory. It benefits our organization because we are able to track the accounts that view and binge on the content, all while reporting to sales who they need to talk to about certain topics. It shows us which campaigns are working and how well the content resonates with our audience.
It was great. We were up and running in just a few weeks.
Allowing users to really look at the content they're interested in has helped us also see what they like to continue serving that type of content to them for other campaigns and allow them to move further down the funnel. Our sales org can also follow up with similar content types or themes to keep the messaging consistent with their interests.
Pathfactory is better overall in terms of user experience and customer service.
