Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
I primarily used PathFactory in my organization to create customised experiences for target account contacts, to serve up different categories of long form content like ebooks and whitepapers, as well and on demand webinars. The purpose of this was to build unique knowledge sharing pathways under an overarching account based marketing strategy.
Pros
- Creating custom landing page experiences
- Easily navigable UI for users
- Robust reporting and analytics on the platform
Cons
- Prospect data for custom tokens is supplied through a 3rd party tool. This is picked up through IP address and is not always accurate
- No strong measurable positive ROI observed in the test campaigns
There was a definite uptick in the average time spent on the content pages created. This helped feed into the database for email nurture campaigns. No measurable contribution to the sales pipeline was observed, but it has helped in improving knowledge sharing about the brand and services.
Set up process was pretty straightforward and the onboarding team was very helpful in getting things off the ground.
Engagement with brand content was seen to improve in the test campaigns that we ran. Would strongly agree here that PathFactory fulfills this promise. Buyer decisions can be impacted through consistent use.
