Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory in our ABM strategy as well as our email nurturing and blog. It is a great tool to encourage prospects to engage with multiple thought leadership assets at once and to guide them to the next asset that they might find interesting. We also are able to use their Templated Experiences to create microsites with related content for specific outreach.

Pros

  • Attentive and helpful customer success team.
  • Easy-to-build content target paths.
  • Content organization - by topic, type, etc.

Cons

  • Templated experiences are not very intuitive to build.
  • Reporting function is easy to use but not super insightful.
  • Would like to see more robust integrations with CRMs other than SFDC.
  • PathFactory has become critical for our ABM campaign execution - which has a big impact on driving pipeline.
  • Lead nurturing activities are enhanced by PathFactory which also leads to faster movement through the lead funnel and higher contribution to pipeline.
  • PathFactory has also been helpful in brand awareness campaigns.
We are definitely able to generate engagement specifically from ad click throughs to content paths and PathFactory microsites. It is also helpful on our blog page - we are able to recommend the next blog based on the topic of the current blog the visitor is reading. This promotes more time on our site and more interaction with our content.
There were aspects of the set up that were easier than I expected and aspects that were harder. The initial integrations and content uploads/path building is easy. When we started integrating PathFactory with our website there was more manual work than expected. However, there have been product updates since then that have made that manual work automated and dynamic.
I don't know that I have concrete feedback for this one. I do think the paths and landing pages we create with PathFactory help prospects see multiple assets at once and the assets can address every stage of the funnel or one specific topic that the prospect has shown interest in.
I used Uberflip in a past company. I think they are pretty comparable. From what I remember, Uberflip was more intuitive to use, but I think PathFactory might have more capabilities. Although this was years ago, I am not aware of Uberflip's functionality now. I have had good experiences with both.

PathFactory is a great content management and engagement tool. Using it for your thought leadership library would be great - a hopeful future state for us. It is also great as a landing page or target track to send people to from ads to encourage interaction with more than 1 asset at a time.
