Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory
PathFactory is a very easy-to-use content management system that enables personalized and customized journeys for ABM strategies. One of its best features is being able to create content libraries that provide visitors with different and complementary content rather than having a single CTA for each. PathFactory connects with best-in-class visitor data intelligence that nurtures web journeys and moreover it provides pretty insightful dashboards on who's visiting the site, from which companies, etc.
Pros
- Personalization
- Analytics
- UX
Cons
- Renaming Templated Experiences vs Pages
- Improve Content experiences
- Campaign tracking
- Improved user experience
- Targeted audiences
- Customization
We've benefited from having the flexibility to target specific audiences or being able to create pages for seller enablement that we need to keep outside our regular web blueprint. It has definitely helped creating effective campaigns by targeting ABM prospects and accounts or event for industry specific content like Healthcare.
At the beginning, it was a little bit more complicated as we had PathFactory to create the layouts for us and we weren't able to move sections up and down but PathFactory team has been very responsible on adapting to our needs and requests we've seen the improvement through time.
Potential buyers find the information needed to make a purchase decision faster; we shortened the number of clicks for them to get where they want to be or get the information they need. They also feel the closeness and the familiarity with customized and personalized content. They feel that page was created just for them and no one else.
