Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom has been our payroll service provider starting with my first day in business 8 years ago. We have been able to focus on selling and growing our business with the help of the software and functionality on the HR side. From web time clock for hourly employees to expense management for my outside sales team, we have been able to stream line the entire process with the help of Paycom.
- Time-off request combined with the online employee calendar make it very simple to manage our staffing requirements.
- The new employee queue/New hire template, both make it easy to get a new employee in our system, and keeps all the personal documents secure on Paycom's server.
- Performance and compensation management have been extremely helpful to simplify our lives when doing employee reviews. This can be as complex or as simple as you need it to be for your type of employee. the custom ability of this portion of the software is very accommodating.
- I currently outsource our outside sales mileage tracking to a company, and I would like to see this available to wrap into the same Payroll service. I believe this is the only employee expense related service I do not have available from Paycom.

We have not used any other products like paycom. As I understand it, Paycom was one of the first complete internet payroll services available, so they did not have to retro fit an existing product to work as a hosted service. They have built their product from the ground up as an internet product.
