Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom handles our payroll. In the future, we will be adding additional services to better onboard our employees, file requests for time off and will check into all other Paycom abilities to help us with all aspects of HR. Paycom's staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and always answer questions that help us learn more.
  • Customer Service-Exceptional
  • Reports are clear and understandable. But if I have questions, I can always call my team member to help me.
  • I haven't experienced any cons as of yet. I will update you if I do.
  • The costs to use Paycom has been minimal due to the time savings created for payroll.
Paycom's features seem to be all-inclusive. I haven't found an area yet that is lacking. Paycom's website and phone apps are easy to use and clear to understand.
