Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Enterprise-class HR system that enables our company to onboard and manage all the daily activities required in employee resource management—this includes things like learning, onboarding, payroll, pay stubs, compliance, time cards, expenses, etc. This HR system is very intuitive and easy to use with great API into our current resource management systems.
  • HR Systems: for a small company, when it comes to our HR systems, we look like an enterprise level organization that enjoy the same tools and automation that a fortune 500 company would have.
  • Integration of a Paycom system is extremely easy and does not require any additional cost or major changes to internal systems.
  • Support and uptime are second to none.
  • The only area where I feel that my daily use of Paycom is tedious is with time management (in particular, hourly employees). I will say, however, that I think the pain in dealing with this has more to do with our own internal policies and procedures and less with the Paycom system.
  • The ROI is so great, it really can't even be measured. In our case, we went from a very manual HR process to fully automated.
Paycom is excellent for companies with 1-5000 employees, its seamless integration and time from purchase to up and running are second to none.
