Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We used it to manage our HR and compensation platform. As a user, it was very easy to add employees, verify w-2's, and I-9's and other requests for myself. As someone who had to manage it for other employees I liked how easy it was to input information and because we had a smaller support force this product made it easy for us to be able to incorporate all of our payroll easily. It's a great product.

  • Easy to view information and to run reports.
  • Has a steep learning curve.
  • We saved man hours on inputting.
The ease of use is just so great. We have a small office with inexperienced people and this made it easy to use. learn, and teach.

I think that this is perfect for small to medium-sized organizations. What impressed me the most was the easy to understand interface. Although there is a learning curve, the ease of use once you master it is what kept us using it.
