Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I am a small business owner and consultant today and Paycom allows me to easily access payroll since that is not my area of expertise. Previously I owned franchises in multiple states and Paycom ensured all of the different taxes were properly processed which was a huge load lift for me.

Pros

  • Service.
  • Continuous innovation.
  • Access from anywhere.

Cons

  • For my small business I am 100% satisfied at this time.
  • I do not spend time worrying about the payroll.
  • Previously in franchising all of the reports reduced my billable time with my CPA.
They are always pleasant and seem eager to not just answer the question but teach me how to use or where to find the tools so I can be empowered with the technology.

I would imagine with all of the products they have available today that Paycom would be a match for any business. The new app makes it easy to view your information and I know the employees love having easy access and ownership over their data. I know my CPA appreciates how quickly and easily I can access my information.
