Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Across the whole organization. Tracks time in time out and has information for employees from HR like the handbook and benefits.
  • Clock in and out on my phone is convenient.
  • I think the timesheet is confusing when you have to go in and change a punch or request a new punch or request to use PTO, like all of those things you have to do in different ways when really I feel like it could all be the same general place to click and then go from there.
  • It is difficult to find out how much PTO you currently have in your bank.
As stated above, I like using my phone to clock in and out and using the app. I think it’s hard/confusing to change punches, request new punches, request PTO. And it’s hard to find how much PTO I have in the bank to use.
