Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We currently use Paycom platform and all its modules. We have implemented this HRIS across our whole organization. I like to keep the employees experience in mind, and Paycom allows me to keep everyone with one username and password.

  • Self-onboarding module.
  • I-9 completions and storing.
  • Regulatory Compliance Module.
  • Background Vendor.
  • Saved time for working mangers.
  • Helps process large projects seamlessly.
