Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We currently use Paycom platform and all its modules. We have implemented this HRIS across our whole organization. I like to keep the employees experience in mind, and Paycom allows me to keep everyone with one username and password.
- Applicant Tracking System.
- Self-onboarding module.
- I-9 completions and storing.
- Regulatory Compliance Module.
- Background Vendor.
- Saved time for working mangers.
- Helps process large projects seamlessly.
