Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We implemented Paycom 6 weeks ago across our entire organization. We use all aspects of the system except the training section. We have 7 different locations and each location has begun the implementation.
We have closed 3 payrolls so far. Each time, it starts to make more sense to us.

- Ease of use, there is a lot of information but is sometimes too much for employees
- Geofencing does not work as described due to different cell phone accounts

- We are still in implementation, [so] we need more time to detemine. We have spent a lot of time on implementation but that was expected.
Great customer service. That was our number 1 priority.
We recently used Paycor. I tell everyone to please stay away from that choice. They overcharged us, made a lot of promises they could not keep, and it was nearly impossible to contact with someone.
