Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom for onboarding, background checks, discussion and action forms, I-9 verification, Payroll, and all things Human Resource related.
  • Keeping an electronic paper trail for each employee.
  • Customizable reporting.
  • Payroll functions.
  • Talking with Aloha.
  • Not being able to electronically upload our benefits with Bernard Health.
  • Not being able to onboard one employee at multiple locations.
  • Saves time by utilizing electronic forms.
  • Save time by empowering the employee to make their personal information changes.
  • Reduces the chance of missed documents.

Paycom, in general, covers everything we need to do on a daily basis. I do wish they would communicate more with outside vendors so that we did not have to manually enter information from our health benefits provider and Aloha, which is widely used in the restaurant industry.
