Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We are currently using Paycom for payroll and a few HR related functions. Our reporting capability and the ability to share information with managers and executives has improved greatly. We have merged our ACA reporting into Paycom, rather than having an independent company manage it. The government and compliance report section has helped us manage our EEOC and OSHA reports.

The transition from an inhouse payroll department to Paycom was well organized. However, we have three locations doing payroll and we only had one person come to the main office for in person training. My employer would have preferred a trainer in person for each location. I was fortunate to be the one location trained in person and felt confident to run payroll - and train the other two offices remotely , when they left.
