A Positive experience with Paycom
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We are currently using Paycom for payroll and a few HR related functions. Our reporting capability and the ability to share information with managers and executives has improved greatly. We have merged our ACA reporting into Paycom, rather than having an independent company manage it. The government and compliance report section has helped us manage our EEOC and OSHA reports.

- Documents & checklist function is difficult.
- ACA - manual entry can be difficult.
- Saved time.
Paycom was better suited to our needs at the time. The cost, both initial setup and annual cost, were less than both of the other companies we interviewed.
