Paycom just makes sense...
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is our system of record for human resources and payroll since 2016. But, over the last year, we have expanded how we've used Paycom for learning, COVID tracking, benefits administration, and applicant tracking with great results in efficiency and integrated processes. By consolidating these processes into the Paycom system, we have reduced errors, costs and improved our delivery of information.
Pros
- Reporting ease - both prepopulated and custom
- Solid account support for building out capabilities
- Continued learning opportunities for users
Cons
- International capabilities - only can be used domestically now
- 360 integration with 401k vendors - limited to 180 now
- More efficiency for HR Team - no duplication of inputs into several systems (ROI)
- Integration with flex spending provider has simplified file transfer and payments
I have used ADP and found it to be difficult to intuit without a lot of prior knowledge and exposure to the configuration. Paycom is easy to understand, even if you have no prior exposure to the system. ADP uses a marketplace approach to provide additional services that can give you options, but not necessarily the best ones for you. The bundled approach with Paycom provides vetted, workable solutions that are already integrated and tested.
