Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Payroll, HR, PTO, Expenses, and Benefits.
Pros
- Customer Service.
- Ease of Use.
- Ability to adapt to the market and make changes/updates.
Cons
- Being able to separate some functions by individual company rather than based on the parent company.
- Helping with benefit/cobra/garnishment management.
- Easy for employees to change direct deposit and tax withholding information.
This allows for easy transition between the different functions. Additionally, having the expense management function within Paycom to submit and process expenses and then integrate them into payroll is excellent.
For payroll purposes, the ability to pull all time, approved time-off requests, holidays, and expenses has significantly reduced the time needed to process payroll. This has cut my processing time down from 3 days to 1.
