Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom in our organization for our payroll, background checks, drug screens, mileage and expense reimbursements. It is very easy user friendly and the support staff are amazing. I have never called them that they were not able to assist me with anything I needed. Always helpful and will to help with a smiling face.
Pros
- Reports creation/setup and saving for repeated use
- Customer service is amazing
- automation of payroll start up for each pay period
Cons
- Would like to see them offer invoicing services since we are a PEO
- corporate visa credit card automation for transactions into Paycom
- Creation of all year end tax forms is a tremendous help that saves time and money
- Automation of payroll reports
The ability to send pay stubs to employees to review for errors helps in catching mistakes on time such as being able to see they forgot to add PTO, sick time or days they forget to clock in or out before it is finalized is a great tool to have.
Payroll takes less time due to the automated creation on payroll weeks so all you have to do is approve a few items, send out paystubs for employees to review and then finalize your payroll.
