Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We are using the system for Payroll, applicant tracking, expense reimbursement, scheduling and eventually benefits and performance reviews. The has put all the products into one system so we are not using multiple systems to navigate. It makes the process smoother and manageable.

We love the system. Payroll has been more manageable and puts the ownership on the employee. We've had great response from our employees on the ability to navigate the system.
the applicant tracking system - is not super easy to navigate, there are things that could be simplier to use.
