Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

It was such an improvement. We came from Paychex and I didn't like the way we have different stores, so I wanted one place, it was one database and the Paycom is the only one that does it, so I don't have to log in, log out from one company to the other. It's really one place

Pros

  • Really the seamless between a seamless move between companies. So one place for reporting, one place for just going and check all the employees. It's really the one that base where the employees, the key and not the company is the key. That's why you have multiple databases. One database with employee is the key.

That's exactly what I was looking for. When I want to move it from my previous, I was looking for a single database and that's why from Paycom and I think Paycom is the only one on the market, that's really Paycom's signature.
Positive way, but I also looking finally, I think Paycom is doing the three six integration with other systems. So far you guys only allowed data to go out from Paycom to the system. There was integration one way, so 180 I think fine. Now you guys decide to open up the other way. So from the other system to Paycom database and that's important. 360 search for 401k

Made our life easier for HR and I love the fact that our tech person comes every quarter committee to show us everything that is new coming out with the product and also implement for us right there. So the cost of customer service, the cost of being there for us, it's great.
