Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We utilize Paycom for payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, government and compliance. Leave of absence. We utilize Paycom for the whole shebang.

Pros

  • It does eliminate a lot of payroll errors that potentially would occur. I also love the reporting structure. You can customize it to your needs basically. And I really like the talent acquisition portion of it.

Cons

  • I would like to see Paycom maybe have a module or some sort of template way to house when for us we have annual vaccines that are required for employees. So that I would love to see something similar to Clue, but for annual vaccines.
  • I can't really speak to that, but we do not use a whole lot of outside vendors for different things such as scheduling and things of that nature. So I would say the return on investment has been well worth it.

Paycom is a one-stop shop, so to speak for us and so we really utilize it well for, we recently added Paycom Learning and the certification module. That has been such a lift on administrative work. I love it.
