Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
So we use it for our payroll system for employee tracking. We do all the onboarding through Paycom as well and terminations, and then our employees use it as the employee facing, so to view their pay stubs and time and cards, etc.
Pros
- Time attendance I like because the employees able to request their punches. Payroll is great. Our pros, we have the data sets and that really has been a big saver for us as far as time because we set up the perimeters and it just pulls for us.
Cons
- I think definitely if there could be a tax specialist that we could speak to that's client facing, that would be an area that I would like to see.
- Definitely a positive one and it saved the RHR side a lot and payroll expenses because the employee does a lot of the changes now themselves.
The same. I think that more or less, if they're having multiple companies, you have to move them across. There's areas for there to be an error if there's, we forgot to terminate someone, they got paid twice, so we don't have to worry about that.
It saves us time before we'd have to pull payrolls individually. Now they kind of post seamlessly for all of them and the employees really are able to kind of make their changes themselves and it automatically pulls in without our sub approving, which is great.
We really only had Paychecks and that was our biggest problem is that with several different companies, it was very hard If you had a salary employee and didn't terminate them in the prior company, they get paid twice, so this has really been definitely a big help for us.
