Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I do everything in Paycom, so it's my HRIS, it's the payroll, I do the reports, pull reports, I do everything. I just did the EEO data reporting through there, almost everything

Pros

  • I think the reporting is very easy to use and to be able to pull the specifics that I want for any report. Writing is very easy, payroll's very simple. Beti has been good. That's been a good addition.

Cons

  • I think I'm trying to find things when you're trying to do stuff in the backend to add things in. If you want to add something into, say the onboarding in your reporting queue or if you wanted to add a functionality, it's kind of sometimes hard to find through company maintenance or other areas. So I'm asking a lot from my rep to help me and then they give me screenshots so I can figure it out.
  • It's expensive, but I think all payroll systems are, and I think every time I want to do something additional just it adds and ads. But, I don't know. I haven't priced out any other payroll people, so I don't know about that.

I think it's great for our managers because I am in a country club, we have Head Pros. The manager on the Go App has been very good for them to be able to review their group's times and do the things that they have to do. So I think that's a real excellent add at the Paycom has.
