Use Cases and Deployment Scope

So we use it obviously for payroll. It's also our Human Resources Information Management System. We use it for performance management for basically everything that related to performance management. So from not just the reviews, but also discipline counseling forms. We have participants. So we're pretty much there reporting their attendance or their absences on the “Ask Here” feature. So we're using “Ask Here” back during the height of COVID, we were using Clue to track results vaccination. We use it for pretty much everything. And anything track Paycom learning, yes, we just use it for everything. Everything. Onboarding, everything.

Pros and Cons

Pros

It's a centralized place for everything. For our onboarding, so we're using applicant tracking also. So it took our one-stop shop pretty much. So it does really well that it's up to date with the state regulations. It updates, nobody due. Onboardings are all done through Paycom, so we don't have to worry about a lot of the federal forms because those are updated automatically through Paycom. You don't have to be sending anything. So as far as they're doing well, they're up to date with everything that's no legal and trends, everything.

Cons

So there are certain things when there's an update, we don't know that there's an update and we just realize, now there's certain things are changed. And sometimes the accessibility is like you have to go back and change the permission profiles. Other things, I don't know, maybe it was just we get so used to using things in a particular way when there's an update we have to relearn. It's not like a big shift, it's just knowing.

I know it's positive. I mean, we use it for everything. All of our employees, even our participants, they all have the app download. So it's a constant daily use.

When I call, even if we can't get through our payrolls specialists, there's somebody also within the team that can always troubleshoot. And I've had a specific experience with a particular report that I wasn't able to, I kept pulling the report and pulling the report and I was just not getting the results. When I called our rep, the person that I got on the phone, she was very persistent and she didn't give up. She didn't, because a lot of times I called somewhere and it's like, okay, let me just take them the notes and get back to you. But this person was okay, no, we're going to figure this out together. She figured out the report, I feel like the customer service, that the aspect. Okay, we're going to follow through.
