Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

HRIS, data input, some time in attendance, some performance evaluations, reports.

Pros

  • It has a really good mobile app. The employees love it. It's really easy to see. I like the expense management platform. Time and attendance is quite good.

Cons

  • Some of the report writing is really complicated. The fields within the system seem to be very similar to each other, but reports draw from different fields. That's not very intuitive.
  • I think I expected a little bit more return on investment for save of time, like saving man hours, which I did not see realize at all. I feel I have to audit paper much more than I thought I would do.
Anything that's with regards to employee experience? It's good because it has all together, so from hiring to documents to talent acquisition, performance discussion. So the employee file itself I like a lot.

I think it's well suited for a larger company that is very regimented set up and is very organized, not so suited. If you need to make lots of flexibility, definitely suited for remote workers because the app is really good
