Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

It's basically for all functionality of HR. We use all of your functions and modules, so payroll. We do it for general ledger information, recruitment, all of the above.

Pros

  • It's definitely robust and it's also user-friendly.

Cons

  • It would be great if I knew this at the top of my head. I discuss this with my rep all the time. I don't particularly have any right now that I can give you at the top of my head
  • ROI has been really good with Paycom just because it's given us a lot of time back. We used to have a very outdated timekeeping system.

I think it's become a little bit better acclimated for government recently. I remember looking at it a long time ago in the past that you guys didn't really accommodate hurt certain areas of government just yet. I know now it's been really good for our firefighters and our sheriff's department for clocking in and clocking out.
