Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

That's mainly it. That's my wheelhouse and surveys and such. It does address the need for a change in our communication when reaching out to applicants because it allows us to text an applicant. If for instance, we aren't able to reach them by phone or by email, then sometimes a nice personal text will may get through and allow us to contact

Pros

  • I do appreciate the centralization aspect of me not having to post jobs to different sites. I can post it once in Paycom and then distribute it and mass at that point,

Cons

  • More customization in the same pro of me being able to centralize those job posts. I've then lose their ability to attract them and track the sources that they may come from.
  • I would say it's had had a positive impact overall.

I believe it's well suited for recruitment, but it's maybe less appropriate for creating new hire personal action forms.
