Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

It's our HRIS system, so we use it for benefits applicant tracking. We utilize the Paycom Learning Module. We just last year enrolled in Beti, so we utilize that. We're kind of getting comfortable with the PAF's now.

Pros

  • The platform is super easy to use, I think. I love it. Overall

Cons

  • Customer service. Just it's either a little lacking wait times to get responses or to get the response you're looking for. It's a little difficult sometimes.
  • I think it's had a positive impact. We have a pretty high employee usage rate. It's nice to be able to see things. We were very paper-based before, so it's nice to have everything electronic where it's at the touch of a button, you can just view it with ease. So it's made our HR processes more streamlined.

I think it's really great for onboarding and we wish the self onboarding was a little smoother, but as far as for onboarding new employees, I think it's fantastic
