Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
So I primarily use it for hiring, recruiting. So I spend a lot of time in the applicant tracking system of Paycom. It allows us to run background checks and drug screens through Paycom. We were doing them through outside of Paycom, but since Paycom now offers that we do it through there. So the whole process is automated so we use it for that primarily and just to help us do the hiring stage. Each stage of it is what we use Paycom for mostly. In addition to that, we do our performance reviews, we use Paycom for that. And just to manage pretty much the entire lifecycle of the employee.
Pros
- Paycom comes up with better ways to do things with automation. So for example, for the drug screens, we're manually having to do those. Paycom has an automated process now, so it's just saved so much time and hassle scheduling those. It's just been great
Cons
- No, I'd say everything is good for the most part, no cons really. I'd say just so many new features. So sometimes I know we get reminders and stuff like that. But yeah, just a lot of new features, everything, it's just me more staying up to date on what Paycom has.
- Definitely positive. I'd say that just because of the amount of automation that Paycom has, we hired to setting up our applicant tracking system and global workflow. We spend a lot of time with updating candidates on where they are throughout the hiring process. So now we have automation in place where we're using global workflow and we're able to automatically send candidates an email as we move them throughout the stages of the energy process.
