Paycom Review
Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use it for pretty much everything. Obviously payroll, but our benefits administration, all our trainings. And we just started with scheduling.
Pros
- I like the learning module. It's just kind of nice. We have learning for everything so I can find what I'm looking for. Give it to the employees and it's just kind, send it right out. It's just a nice, simple process and it gives them what they need for training and learning.
Cons
- My biggest issue is the help section and now that's been fixed, so I'm pretty happy with that.
- I would say all three, but I would also say too it's been really good about helping us with our overtime, which helps save some money. Company a lot of money.
So I have only ever used Paycom, so I don't have anything to merit to aiming to streamline efficiency. Paycom is designed to leverage whole solution automation to save time and avoid roadblocks.
I think they just make everything easier. Save us on time.
