Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use it for payroll monitoring, employees, performance reviews, documentation, payroll. We check ACA Compliance and performance for PDFs and PAFs. What it addresses? Compliance is a big one. Payroll, recording, documentation, onboarding just helps streamline.

Pros

  • I love the ACA side. You can't mess that up. The payroll side is also very easy, especially using Beti that has streamlined the process and probably cut the time down in half because it's just so automated. And then employees have access to their own pay stubs to check it and make sure that it's right.

Cons

  • It's probably more on the communication side when there has been either an update or a bug update, it affects something else and we don't know it until something doesn't work. So must be nice to have that communication.
  • I would probably say positive, just because it helps monitor everything from employees, anniversaries, pay increases, monitoring data, running reports. We can do it just in half the time. I wouldn't be able to pull that data myself individually.

Talent acquisition is very Beti. I keep going back to Beti. Beti is just awesome. That one just streamlines things. The talent acquisition position management, it streamlines, it connects all the dots.

Because I think like everybody, there's room for improvement, but the things that we use, we have figured out how to make it work really well.
