Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom company-wide across all departments and locations. Every employee—hourly and salaried—has a profile in Paycom, and all hiring, payroll, time tracking, and benefits administration flows through it. Managers have access to reporting tools and scheduling features, while HR uses the system for compliance, employee relations documentation, and performance tracking.

Cons

  • Being able to send links to reports through email where they don't have to access the Client Inbox to view.
  • Definitely time saved with automation. Everything in one area.
Previously, our HR and payroll processes were split between multiple systems: one for payroll, another for time tracking, and separate tools (or even spreadsheets) for recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews.
The single-database design has transformed payroll and HR from a series of disconnected tasks into a unified, automated process, saving us time, improving accuracy, and increasing transparency for employees and managers alike.
