Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In our organization, we use Paycom for Payroll, HR (human resources) and Time. we switched from ADP and love this solution

Pros

  • Accruals
  • Time off Approvals
  • Timesheet approval

Cons

  • In my experience, there is room for improvement in Paycom with Performance Reviews
  • Employee satisfaction
  • easy and quick to use
The app for ADP was horrible and :Paycom has made life much easier
Saves us time and money.

If asked, I think I am likely to recommend Paycom to a colleague because, in my opinion, You (Paycom) are head over heals better than ADP and much more user friendly
