Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

In our organization, We use Paycom for all aspects of HR (human resources), Applicant tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Team Member Relations, as well as tracking information

Pros

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Paycom with Applicant Tracking
  • saves time by making the team responsible for actions
The other programs were not easy to use
The workflows are great and we save time by use
ukg was very hard to use and paycom is user friendly
