Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use it for Payroll Processing only.

Pros

  • Gets reports to me in a timely manner

Cons

  • Reports are too difficult to pull up
  • quick to blame us when it was not our error in my opinion but on Paycom's end
It allowed us to put employee time into the same system instead of two different systems.
I don't like this.

From our experience, Paycom sent us our checks and they took 4 days to get to us. We didn't receive them in time for payday so we had to hand write the checks. We asked Paycom to stop payment and not charge us for it because they didn't get the checks to us in time. Paycom agreed and then charged us for the stop payment on each check anyways.
