Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is our company's payroll platform. We do not have any problems at this time it is working for us thanks

- to many steps to get where you need to be
- a change has too many steps
View of the platform is updated. Do like it's live captures up to date entries, I do not like it does not monitor after closing entries for RETRO pay if an employee missed out on time paid. Reports can be a little complicated at time for history research
It has but not in all areas. After the fact errors are not as easy as they should be to correct them like retro paying someone and notifications of entries after the facts
I do not really like it it has to be specific and does not let you just ask without it making you go through to many steps to get an answer to a question
Company management choice, the product was sold with many items that honestly were not all delivered upon the sale once you became a client we had a very long roadblock to get to what we had before i would of stated where we were if it was my choice so sorry
