Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Main use as an HRIs system. We would also upload documents to have employees digitally authorize, which was a great feature. When we upgraded the benefits module it made open enrollment significantly to manage. Reporting and analytics worked well and was helpful to gather information quickly.

I’m not in HR or don’t handle payroll. - I'm not in payroll.
Fairly straightforward to use. The app is also easy to use and made it easier for team members to access their information.
Paylocity seemed to have more customization. They also had a built-in stay interview feature which looked interesting.
It worked well for our company as an all-inclusive tool. I would have preferred to have more customization options.
