Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor as our sole HRIS for payroll, schedules, performance reviews, training and recruitment. We recently upgraded to the better versions of these programs, which includes seamless full cycle recruitment and onbaording new employees. The scheduling program has been great for tracking attendance and has helped with correcting missed punches.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Having everything in one place and one system makes a world of difference when scheduling interviews and working with hiring managers.
Some areas are hard to find so you have to fool around with them
They're just as good
They are great regarding recruiting; from posting the job, viewing candidates, setting up interviews, to onboarding them into our system

Integrating to new problem is a bit clumsy. There are different people for every program and the communication between everyone isn't good.
