Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor as our sole HRIS for payroll, schedules, performance reviews, training and recruitment. We recently upgraded to the better versions of these programs, which includes seamless full cycle recruitment and onbaording new employees. The scheduling program has been great for tracking attendance and has helped with correcting missed punches.
