Payroll and recruitment, and reporting are our main uses.

  • Too many steps with onboarding
  • Fixes when errors occur take forever to be resolved

  • In my experience, can't get reports we need
  • In my opinion, can't get employee trust if system after accruals
  • In my experience, can't get other work done with so much time spent fixing errors
Our HR and/or payroll team is spending more time than we did previously due to Paycor. - In my experience, horrible and even escalated customer service doesn’t follow through.
In my experience, too many errors.
Reporting and customer service are the biggest problem.
Not able to get needed data, should be able to report on all data entered.
