Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use Paycor for all HCM/ Paycor related services for all employees.
  • Payroll
  • FMLA leave and tracking
  • Recruiting and job management
  • Implementation follow through
  • Help with implementing additional features in my opinion- not just leaving it as - self implementation in my opinion- it’s a big system so I believe they should help us through it
  • The modules should be narrated/ not read only in my opinion.
  • Read and respond to your message biards

  • We have an improved employee experience with all in one- Pay, Employee Onboarding, Performance reviews, LMS
  • Ease of payroll processing and on demand pay for those employees who need it. We also have ease of special pays- those off cycle pays that have to be done.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I am an HR/Payroll Team of 1. Moving to Paycor has helped me with time when it comes to having an all in one system. We have also moved expense reimbursement from the finance team over to payroll, so this helps as well. Adding the LMS helps us to stay compliant and with the content library we are able to offer career and skill development to our employees as well.
There were a few implementation issues that we had to work out. As with any big change, nothing is seamless, although overall it went as well as can be expected.
Paycor offered what we needed for a great price.
Small to medium sized businesses- larger businesses may not like being left on their own/ the implementation was a lot of hands on in my experience.
