Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is our HRIS system. We use it for Payroll, Reports, Recruiting, Talent Development and Performance Management.

Pros

  • Customer Service is very attentive
  • Payroll management is great
  • Sales Representatives are very helpful

Cons

  • Client Interfacing, it would be nice to have a designated client assigned representative to reach out to. I've had that with other companies and it's a game changer!
  • More one on one system training options with a client representative

  • The ability to have Employee Self Service 24/7
We have not been complete happy with some of the product features within the platform
Paycor has not matches the excellent client service and product received with isolved/Insperity
When I need immediate assistance it at times can be frustrating not to have a designated client representative assigned to us. A lot of times I have to go through loops and bounds and LONG hold times before my issue is addressed. As HR my time is "money" and I do not have the bandwidth to be on with Paycor for 30 mins to an hour to get something resolved
