Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We used Paycor for our HR and Payroll module. Our goal was to go paperless as much as possible. It did allow us to move to a more paperless system. From my experience, the main problems were the inability for the system to communicate effectively from module to the other.In my opinion,the system was also very slow on payroll weeks which was troublesome.

- From my experience, modules are not communicating with each other, need a more seamless system.
- In my opinion, the system is too slow, many times it kicks you out or you cannot use it during payroll weeks.
- Have to input same data in several places due to system setup.

- Need to track benefits in our own spreadsheet because they could not fix the benefit module.
- Needed to create and run our own reports because their reports were not accurate.
- Needed to fix payrolls after the fact because some things could not be processed in time.
Not sure.
We have used in the past ADP, we just outgrew it and needed it to do more things. Paychex, I would say we also outgrew. We are with Paycom now, we are pleased with the product and the various modules. It allows us to run reports and have our benefits and EDI feeds set up accurately and be processed accurately.
