Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

The product serves as an extension of my department, allowing me to automate many tasks which would require an additional staff member.

They’ve allowed me to focus on the priority at hand, which is retention.
They’ve facilitated communication with our staff, which is scattered across multiple states.
Paylocity was the front runner due to its internal systems integrations. Most platforms outsource their modules; Paylocity does not.
