Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I have used Paylocity in my last 3 positions and I Love Paylocity. The product addresses business problems by providing us with accurate reports that allow us to manage and have more control over the company.

Pros

  • onboarding tool - love it! very user-friendly
  • Love the benefit enrollment on the platform. Got lots of good feedback from our employees on it
  • user friendly

Cons

  • customer service really needs to be better
  • your employees do not come off as experts when call in for guidance
  • hard to use - setting up events
  • more consistent processes
  • data driven can be better - some reports are off for no reason
  • onboarding gives us great employee experience
I think we have been able to automate alot of the processes and has given HR more time to focus on other things
more user friendly. i love the system overall. just minor improvements

well suited in that it has many interrogated programs so it all flows together nice.

Not so much - the spending accounts. not so user friendly or easy
