Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll, onboarding, and time and labor. Highly adaptable to our business. Having a tenured direct rep is key.

We do not use Paylocity for talent acquisition or retention.

Payroll is the most important Paylocity module in our business.
We use Community quite a bit and realize the other fields are available if the need arises.
Paylocity software is MUCH better than ADP's. Customer service is generally better as well - as I mentioned, it helps to have a direct rep that knows his way around the site.

Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC)
Very well suited and adaptable for payroll when the payrolls and company is not a "cookie cutter" business. Reporting is user-friendly.

My biggest complaint would be not having a direct rep with enough experience to answer or address issues timely.
