Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is our "one-stop-HR-shop." We use it for recruiting, onboarding new hires, internal communications, electronic personnel files, electronic training and tracking and files, payroll, time/attendance.

  • Make it a little simpler, more efficient to find online help.
  • Keeping clients on top of changes other than the "What's New" button
  • Continue to improve client service rep knowledge base.

The Community site helped in tremendously during the pandemic. We were able to create a group specifically for communications on protocols, resources, guidelines, etc. We have used Community extensively to focus on employee wellbeing by posting articles, videos, challenges, etc. each week. We have utilized surveys for periodic check-ins and feedback for decision making.

Importing time and attendance data into payroll. Identify potential errors in payroll before submitting. Mobile app gives employees quick access to their personnel data as well as company news and announcements.

Paylocity is an HRIS system that meets the needs of our company and its employees. It is user-friendly, current, and provides resources for employees. Client service is good.

For the most part, support is good. I will admit it was better early on but as the company grew - and then faced COVID struggles, the client service seems to have suffered a bit.

Implementing a new module - Learning Management System. Support offered several calls and training sessions for the new module. As usage grows, the Paylocity support team provided guidance and step-by-step assistance in adding customized training courses.
