Paylocity is our "one-stop-HR-shop." We use it for recruiting, onboarding new hires, internal communications, electronic personnel files, electronic training and tracking and files, payroll, time/attendance.

The Community site helped in tremendously during the pandemic. We were able to create a group specifically for communications on protocols, resources, guidelines, etc. We have used Community extensively to focus on employee wellbeing by posting articles, videos, challenges, etc. each week. We have utilized surveys for periodic check-ins and feedback for decision making.
