Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for everything. It is our HRIS system, and we use it for onboarding and payroll. It really is great with onboarding and keeping things organized and safe.

The automation tools that Paylocity has cut down on the time that we spend on payroll processing and so many other tasks. I do love the easy import feature to change things in a mass import for hundreds of employees. The onboarding is very easy to use and navigate for our new hires to use, and it’s customizable!
We started using Community recently, and it’s been a decent help and improvement to reach out to our teams. We try to engage as much as possible using the tools.
