Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to track our time clock punches, track accrued PTO, paperless onboarding, recruiting and process payroll. I like the fact that once you set up all of the accruals, it really manages itself. I rarely have to adjust any accrual balances. You can set up limits for garnishments, deductions and insurance. You can create a deduction for one pay period and you don't have to remember to remove it before processing the next one. The paperless onboarding is so easy and it saves a copy of the documents for that employee that you can view or print at any time. You can edit your onboarding pages to fit your needs without a lot of effort. We use the recruiting feature as well, it posts our job openings directly to our website and on Indeed. It is a very easy system to use and I don't have to enter job openings on multiple sites.

We haven't used all of the functions available but we are slowly adding new items
Not many of our staff use this function, we are looking into bringing that to the forefront for them to utilize
Paylocity was here upon my arrival but it has a lot of the functions as previous payroll systems I have used in the past

It is an easy product to use, it has many functions. Some of the features for employee access can be difficult if not used with the correct platform. Most issues we have had with employee access were easy to resolve once we knew what the initial issue was from the employee
