Increased interaction between employees and departments. When an employee sees another employee go above and beyond - or just wants to say "thanks" - they post that on community and everyone is able to see it. Morale increases and more people use it!
Our former provider used to be the gold standard. However, with Paylocity we receive more direct, quick responses to issues - without having to go through an automated system just to be directed to the wrong person. Paylocity also provides longer hours for customer service support. If I'm running a report or processing payroll outside the usual 8a-5p, I can still get assistance.
